Form 2 Pro

Note – When first received, the Form 2 Pro should be locked, but if you see a flashing light when a button is pressed, follow the steps below to unlock the device.

Unlock – Press the power & “+” buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The LED will blink and the motor will buzz twice. Alternatively connecting the FORM 2 Pro to a powered charging cable will unlock it.

Lock – Press the power & “+” buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The LED will blink and the motor will buzz once.

Power ON – Press and hold the power button for three seconds to turn on the FORM 2 Pro. The LED will turn on for 3 seconds and then turn off–the massager will begin to vibrate in the constant vibration mode at medium speed.

Changing Modes / Speeds – Press the power button to cycle through the 5 vibration modes. The LED will turn on for 3 seconds, slightly mimic the current vibration mode, and then the LED will turn off.

Press “+” button to increase the speed on each mode. The LED will get slightly brighter, and will turn off after three seconds.

Press “-” button to decrease the speed on each mode. The LED will get slightly dimmer, and will turn off after three seconds.

1. Power OFF – Press and hold the power button (middle button) for three seconds to turn off the FORM 2.
